The Europe Challenge

Dear participant in The Europe Challenge 2025/26,

It was a pleasure to work with you over the past year. We hope that participating in The Europe Challenge has helped you develop new ways of addressing the challenges facing your community, while also providing opportunities to connect, collaborate, and exchange ideas with libraries and community organisations across Europe.

To successfully close the programme as it comes to its end, you are required to submit the final report which consists of two parts: narrative report and financial report.

The purpose of this final report is to help us understand the impact of The Europe Challenge on your team, community, and organisation, and to learn how the funding supported the implementation of your project and contributed to achieving your goals.

⚠️ Instructions:

• Step 1: Submit a single narrative report on behalf of your Challenge team. The report should be completed jointly by the Main Grant Holder and Partner, not by individual participants.

• Step 2: Download the financial report template, complete it following the instructions provided, and submit it to theeuropechallenge@culturalfoundation.eu.

📆 Timeline:

• This is an obligatory final report. The submission deadline is Monday 5 October 2026 at 23.59 CET.
• Reports will be reviewed on a rolling basis. We aim to provide feedback within three weeks of submission, either confirming approval of the report or requesting any additional information, clarifications, or corrections that may be required.

💰 Payment of the remaining part of the grant:

• Once your final report has been approved, we will email you with a confirmation and instructions on how to request the final payment of your grant.
