The Europe Challenge

Dear The Europe Challenge participants,

You can now request the €1,000 lump sum to cover travel and subsistence for the Final Amsterdam Summit (3–5 June 2026). 🎉

How to request the payment

• Log into theeuropechallenge.grantplatform.com with the account you used to submit your application to The Europe Challenge. 

• Forgot your password? You can reset it after filling in your email address.
• Go to ‘Grant reports’ in the left menu and open the link next to your application name. 
  

• Follow the on-screen instructions, complete the payment request form (don’t forget to sign the second page!), and upload it to the platform by 15 March 2026. 

If you need to change your application email address or cannot access it, please contact us at theeuropechallenge@culturalfoundation.eu.

After submission, payments are usually processed within three weeks.

Please note: if your team did not attend the Regional Summit, please use the travel and subsistence lump sum you already received to cover your travel costs. If only half of your team attended (library or communty), please request only the corresponding amount: €500 rather than the full €1,000.

Buying your tickets

• The programme begins Wednesday, 3 June at 13:00.
• The programme ends Friday, 5 June at 14:00.

As much as possible, please try to make it in time. We will share the full programme and registration form closer to the date.
