Community Connect Card Deck
This card deck is a playful icebreaker and conversation starter kit that brings library professionals and community members into dialogue. It allows us to explore libraries not just as service providers, but as connectors, collaborators and vital civic spaces. It will show the strengths and resources that libraries already have and how communities can actively engage with them.
The deck encourages thinking from the local perspective while recognising that even small projects can inspire big changes. Through simple prompts and hands-on exercises, it opens up room to exchange experiences and imagine new ideas.
All cards are grounded in real insights from participants of The Europe Challenge, an annual programme that brings together teams from libraries and communities across Europe.
